About

The name Healing with Integration reflects the belief that true transformation unfolds through the process of integration—mindfully weaving the meaningful, challenging, and expansive experiences of life into the fullness of who we are. Integration allows the insights and wisdom of these moments to settle deeply within us. It allows us to gently reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been dimmed or fragmented during difficult or even traumatic times in life. With love and presence, these parts are welcomed back into the whole. This restores a greater inner harmony and allows us to “heal within,” in turn expanding our capacity to thrive in life.

Meet Casey

Casey founded Healing with Integration in 2024, as an intentional space devoted to supporting humans in their healing, integration, and growth. Today, she offers online Trauma-Informed Wellness Coaching and Psychedelic Integration Support to clients across the United States.

Her work is grounded in over a decade of studying human psychology and walking alongside individuals in their healing journeys. She weaves together her clinical background, ongoing contemplative practices, and lived experience from her own path of integration to create a space for clients that feels both deeply supportive and transformative.

Casey’s formal education includes:

  • Bachelors in Psychology & Contemplative Studies Brown University (2017)

  • Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling — University of San Diego (2022)

In her prior clinical work, Casey supported Veterans experiencing homelessness and substance-use recovery within a residential treatment setting, providing both individual and group therapy. She also worked within the university setting, counseling students facing life transitions, as well as mental health and substance use challenges. These formative experiences deepened her trauma-informed perspective and expanded her capacity to hold steady, compassionate space for meaningful inner work. She has also supported in surf-therapy and equine-assisted therapy programs, deepening her appreciation for embodied and experiential approaches to healing.

Casey has also devoted herself to her own healing journey over the past decade and a half — including diving into Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, hypnosis, meditation, breath-work, energy work, working with the elements, and sitting with various plant medicines and psychedelics. She also continues to receive guidance from trusted mentors and teachers, honoring deep healing work as both a personal and professional path.

Casey supports clients from diverse backgrounds in cultivating self-love/acceptance, releasing limiting beliefs, reconnecting with their emotions, supporting their nervous system, and taking aligned steps toward a life rooted in authenticity and self-trust. She considers it a deep honor and privilege to hold space for others in this way.

Please note: While Casey has clinical training and experience as a mental health counselor, she does not currently provide therapy or mental health treatment. Her current work is instead focused on wellness coaching, guidance, and integration support.
